M. Pavlakis - C. Moschos & Associates is always acting on the side of the plaintiff - claimant, i.e. the person who has suffered damage and is seeking for recovery. In most cases the claims comprise of compensation for loss of income and/or maintenance and for psychological harm and sorrow (mental distress / moral damages).

We undertake such cases on a contingent fee agreement (no win - no fee basis) and usually, depending on the case, agree to prepay all expenses for the prosecution of the claim, to be reimbursed only in case of successful outcome, thus ensuring that legal justice is not restricted to the few, but is also available to low-income clients and their families.
