Personal Injury Claims: Work Related Accidents

Greek and foreign workers/employees who suffer an accident in the course of their employment, i.e. during or in connection with their work, resulting to their temporary or permanent disability, are often entitled to benefits, in cases of permanent disability to pension from the National Security Fund, and additionally, to compensation for their pain and suffering and mental anguish from their employer. In cases of death, the family of the deceased worker/employee is entitled to the above, whether they live in Greece or abroad.

Since the height of the compensation awarded in such cases greatly depends on whether and the extent to which safety rules and legislation have been violated on the part of the employer, the successful handling of work related personal injury cases requires specific and detailed knowledge of the safety rules and the working practices as well as experience, which our firm has acquired due to the specialized studies of our lawyers and our long practice in this field.
